Featuring solid bocote back and sides and a Port Orford cedar soundboard, this custom cutaway Grand Auditorium delivers distinctive aesthetic appeal and a richly expressive playing experience. Bocote, a Mexican hardwood renowned for its beautiful figuring, yields clear, defined lows, sparkling mids and high-fidelity trebles while Port Orford cedar sourced from the coastal forests of the Pacific Northwest contributes a robust, responsive tone with rounded  trebles and warm overtones. A scalloped variant of our V-Class bracing preserves the impressive clarity, projection and tonal balance of our original V-Class platform while adding greater depth, warmth, power and midrange richness. Players are sure to appreciate the long-tenon Action Control Neck, which improves tonal transfer for enhanced resonance while making it easy to dial in string height. Sea Forest Vine inlays and a Fishbone rosette headline a constellation of Italian acrylic and ivoroid appointments, capped off with a glossy shaded edgeburst finish and Gotoh 510 tuning machines in antique gold.
