The Zip-Kit Essential Kit is a fully acoustic, compact drum set that packs neatly into the bass drum for easy storage and transportation. Featuring the essential elements for learning drums; bass drum with 90 degree kick pedal, height adjustable 8” snare drum, string operated 10” hi-hat and adjustable stool.
It is uniquely suitable for learning or practicing drums where space is limited and if you want to frequently drum in different locations. Set up and pack away in minutes, the Zip-Kit can easily be carried to and from school or private lessons and the volume of the snare can be muted with the included foam mute pad. The Essential Kit also includes two (2) padded carry straps that attach to the bass drum in backpack style for comfort and security.
The Essential Kit has four telescoping posts which can support extra toms and cymbals when you are ready to expand your kit. The toms and cymbals can be purchased from any Zip-Kit retailer.
Now you can take your drum set anywhere with ease, to the beach, on vacation, up a mountain or simply practice at home or school and make music with your friends. The Zip-Kit is for everyone who ever dreamed of playing the drums!

- Hi-hat: 10" stainless steel cymbals, folding arm, adjustable string actuator and high-performing string made with UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) fiber
- Practice Pad: 6" practice pad integrated on the lid
- Drum Key: PH2 Phillips head drum key stored in "nest" on lid
- Tuning Screws: M5 with PH2 head
- Drum Sticks: 7A Hickory sticks (pair) - stored in bass drum carry case
