Biomass plastic Castanet
SC-100ECO ‘ECOCA’ is made of ‘Biomass plastic’ containing 60% wood powder. Biomass plastic is an Eco-friendly material that makes effective use of thinned wood while reducing the amount of petroleum used as a raw material for plastic. In other words, it can be said that it is an ‘Eco-friendly material’.
The surface of ECOCA has shades of brown, like marble. This is a phenomenon caused by the moisture and oil contained in the material and this unique texture is the proof of resin containing wood powder.
The ‘Biomass Mark’ certified products ECOCA
SC-100ECO is the 'Biomass Mark' certified product.The 'Biomass Mark' is defined by the Japan Organics Recycling Association as ‘a mark of environmental products that utilize biological resources(biomass) which conform to laws, standards, etc ., related to quality and safety which has received the certification of the Biomass Mark’.
Environmentally friendly packaging and printing ink
‘Recycled paper with 100% pulp content’ is used for the material and ‘vegetable oil ink’* is used for printing on the package, as well as the instrument, making the whole product environmentally friendly.
