The original label with the serial number (Serial Number) had been removed. He was unable to complete the warranty registration on the Yamaha official website.
The customer was displeased and began to suspect the origin and quality of the product he purchased. The customer then contacted the musical store and demanded for a return or refund, but the musical store was unwilling to help.
Finally, the customer complained to the Hong Kong Consumer Council, but unfortunately the Consumer Council replied that they could only resolve the disputes by means of mutually agreed terms. They are unable to assist further such as taking legal action or filing a claim for the customer on return or refund the product.
