In the event of inclement weather on the event day, the following arrangements will apply：
1. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued or remains in force at or after 4:00 p.m. on the event day, all related activities will be cancelled. All retail outlets and service centres will also be closed or suspended subject to actual conditions.
2. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued or remains in force two hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event, the event will be postponed. Details of the rescheduled arrangements will be announced in due course.
3. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued during the event, the event will be immediately cancelled. The organizer will arrange for participants to leave the venue in an orderly manner as soon as practicable, subject to the actual situation.
4. If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the event, the event may continue provided that safety conditions are ensured. The organizer and participants should remain in a safe place until weather conditions improve.
Remarks
- All activities are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
- Tom Lee Music reserves the right to postpone or cancel the activity due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
